As a Serial Entrepreneur, Malcolm Heath has never been one to follow everyone else. Starting his career young, he quickly advanced in the retail and corporate world ending up as the Director of Operations for a multi-million dollar Data Marketing company, responsible for building and scaling a Customer Success and Media Buying team, oversaw development and scale of a first-of-its-kind Digital Marketing SaaS product for automotive dealers, and now serves as a consultant and marketing expert for businesses across the country. Malcolm has taken his knowledge, experience, and love for results and culminated it into forming Disruptive Solutions.
Jammer Hiltner
Creative Strategist
Storyteller, creator, photographer, and filmmaker, Jammer Hiltner will be the first to tell you he “stumbled into his career” as a teenager. What started as an entry-level job taking used vehicles to the backroads of central Ohio for social media content, progressed into circumnavigating the globe twice in a single year, capturing media in remote villages of Asia, and building meaningful relationships with individuals from several nations, cultures and industries. Despite working across an array of fields, his approach remains the same: to highlight the individuals within the story.

Brian M. Heath is an experienced business consultant and program manager with a strong track record in various industries, including Oil and Gas, Banking, SaaS, and Manufacturing. He excels in creating structured, goal-oriented environments from chaotic situations, utilizing his expertise in Project Management Fundamentals, Risk Management, and Change Management. Brian’s approach to success involves understanding context, establishing impactful routines, and focusing on effective communication, collaboration, and mentorship. He is skilled in defining business needs, translating problems into actionable plans, and aligning strategic projects with business objectives. Additionally, Brian effectively manages risks, ensures operational integration, and develops performance metrics to measure the success of initiatives.
